I have completed the Safe Ministry Check training

I will complete the required Abundant Group Report following each gathering

My house has adequate outside lighting

My home is fitted with adequate smoke detectors and layout of home is communicated to all new guests

My home is fitted with child safe measurements in place (if children attending)- included but not limited to, safety gates on stairs, wood heater guards, power point protectors, pool gates etc

Appropriate food handling measurements are in place (including allergy awareness)

My home is fitted with a regularly maintained First Aid kit

I am aware of Safer Churches reporting requirements and contacts for local law enforcement
